Our Company and Purpose
What began as a store and service station in 1956 has grown into a legacy in our local communities. From the purchase of our first oil truck by Ron Gibson’s father to the establishment of our Community Chaplain Program service, Gibson Oil has grown, but our mission remains the same: #GOServe. We’re proud to offer a range of services to our friends and neighbors, including propane gas delivery, heating oil delivery, and the delivery of diesel and all grades of gasoline.
Currently, Gibson Oil is under the management of Ron Gibson’s daughter, Laura Gibson Jones, and her husband, Walt Jones. It was important to Ron Gibson that the business so carefully built by him and his parents, Marshall and Louise Gibson, be handed down to people who have an understanding of what makes both the company and the people it serves so special. Laura and Walt have continued Gibson Oil’s tradition of nurturing the community in which they live, by building connections with and providing compassionate, friendly service to those who need it most.

Community Chaplain Program
Gibson Oil proudly partners with Community Chaplain Program of America to bring you TELACHAP, a free service specially designed for our customers and their families.
